PROCESSING / TRANSCODING

REDAB supports digital processing and transcoding of the following formats: RED ONE 4K, ARRI D20/D21, Phantom HD and 65, Silicon Imaging SI 2K/Mini, Weisscam HS-1, HDcamSR, HDcam, digital betacam. Data is processed, transcoded, synched and timmed overnight and can be available for dailies screening on tape or hard drive.
All footage has a supervised one-light color correction applied.

CONFORM

REDLAB provides conform tools to prepare your editorial selects for VFX or final transfer in up to 4.5K DPX resolution.

VFX

REDLAB has the ability to handle sophisticated compositing including chroma keys from a variety of camera sources.

COLOR GRADING

Color grading is accomplished in either our HD broadcast suite or our DI theater. Images of up to 4K can be viewed in full color space using state of the art equipment.

FINISHING

REDLAB can online and package your project in several HD / 2K-4K online suites. Mastering to many common tape formats including HDcamSR, HDcam, and Digital Betacam. DVD services and watermarking are also available.

DATA MANAGEMENT

REDLAB provides serious data management including solid state and LTO tape based backup of your digital data. All footage entering the lab is backed up to a raided hard drive system before it is processed. Original data is stored in an access controlled fire rated vault.
